ABOUT GRAN CANARIA
Is known as ‘the small continent’ due to its diverse landscapes and climates in such a small space. It is a lively island, with stunning beaches, historic artefacts, volcanic landscape and a varied nightlife.
Gran Canaria is steeped in history, Las Palmas, the capital, was founded in 1478, not too much later, Colombus arrived at the port of Las Palmas on his first passage to America.
Puerto Mogan is one of the prettiest villages in Gran Canaria and definitely worth a visit, set at the foot of a cliff, it is a picturesque fishing village with a shelered beach.

WALKING & DAY TRIPS
